This application combines Valencia open traffic data with the OpenStreetMap road network.
Traffic states from the CSV files are converted into estimated flow values. When a street is closed, the app removes it from the routing graph and searches for alternative shortest paths.
The redirected traffic is added to the alternative route. Streets with the highest additional flow are shown as the most impacted streets.
